Arbab Jehangir Khan : ウィキペディア英語版 | Arbab Jehangir Khan Arbab Jehangir Khan Khalil(late) (August 1, 1936 – October 16, 2007) regarded as chief of the Khalil tribe, was a Pakistani politician hailed from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He served as the 14th Chief Minister from April 7, 1985 to May 29, 1988 and then as the Leader of opposition in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa assembly from 1989 to 1990. He also served as Federal Minister for Petroleum Resources, Housing and Works, Narcotics control and Senior Minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. He was born at the home of Nawab Arbab Sher Ali Khan. A lawyer by profession, he earned the distinction of being electorally undefeated in every election he contested in his 32-year political career before retiring from politics prior to the 2002 general elections .In the 2008 general elections his son Arbab Alamgir Khan contested from a PPP ticket and is elected as an MNA from NA2, who is also currently serving as the Federal Minister for Communication. == References ==
